We often pray for the reappearance of our Imām (atfs) and hope that we will recognize him when he returns.

But I dream of the moment when he will recognize me as a humble servant, call me with familiarity, by name, and I shall run like a child to embrace him! I pray it will be as though we have already established a lifelong friendship – a hopeful servant eagerly awaiting the Saviour. But how will this be if I have not reached out to him, or called upon him?

So I wish to write to him, tell him of my journey – the good moments, the struggles, my hopes and desires and my awaiting his return. If I can establish this relationship, then there is a better chance I will recognize you.

I recently designed a simple yet profound product, one that I hope will have a lasting impact in our lives as we strive to learn more about our Imām (atfs). This notepad comes with a burlap canvas pouch (which you can choose to personalize), and a pen. There are two variations; one for adults and one for children, with pages in-between prompting you to assess your relationship through your writings.

I pray that each of us are able to build a friendship with our Imām (atfs) that is unique for us, and helps us better understand our purpose and goals in life.
